Punters understand that
wine is crushed grapes. In fact a
punter of our acquaintance is wont to exclaim "hmmm
crushed grapes" at every tasting he attends. To us this never stops
being funny - it must be the
way he says it. Anyway this got us to a-thinkin' - are there
differences in
the way grapes are crushed as part of the winemaking process and if so
does this matter? The answer is yes
as Dave Cush from Spring Vale Wines explains in this podcast.
